Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for color corrections, hair straightening services and extensions, 24 hours’ notice for all other services for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to ensure we can accommodate other clients.
Late Arrival Policy
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to accommodate the next client.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services (e.g., extensions, color corrections) to secure your appointment.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Thomas West Salon also offers gift cards for purchase, which can be used toward services and products.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the service price and is greatly appreciated. Tips can be given in cash or Venmo.
Product Returns/Exchanges
We are happy to exchange or refund unused products within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
Children Policy
For safety and comfort, we kindly request that children be accompanied by an adult and do not enter the styling area unless receiving a service. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a child.
Service Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days to schedule a complimentary touch-up. We want to ensure you are thrilled with your hair!
Health and Safety Policy
Your health and safety are our top priority. Please let us know if you have any allergies or medical conditions that may affect your service. We also follow all state and local guidelines regarding sanitation and safety practices.
