Noel co-founded Chicago’s Bailey Hughes Salon, in 1994, which, is renowned for having imported London-bred standards of quality to the beauty industry in Chicago. Noel became known not simply for outstanding quality of services, but for exceeding expectations every time. Today, the oft-cited, little-used art of listening, really listening, sits at the centre of Noel’s promise to his clientele: Every cut is styled to work with their unique circumstances, from family life, to work pressures, and not the reverse. Now, he is happy to be part of the Thomas West team.
